How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking information. You can use the tracking link in that notification to follow your delivery.

Delivery Information

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weekends, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?

Your tracking information will normally be included in the shipping confirmation sent to the email address provided when placing your order.

If you have a Nachteulen Coffee customer account, you may also be able to view your order and tracking information through your account's order status page, depending on your Shopify store configuration.

My Order Has No Tracking Information

If your order was recently placed, it may still be within our processing period. Tracking information may not become available until the order has been dispatched and the carrier has received or scanned the shipment.

If you have received a shipping confirmation but your tracking information has not updated yet, please allow some time for the carrier's system to register the shipment.

Tracking Has Not Updated

Tracking information may occasionally take time to update after a package has been handed to the carrier. Some shipments may also have periods without a new tracking scan while they are in transit.

If your tracking information appears unchanged for an unusually long period, please contact us and include your order number so that we can help investigate the shipment.

Incorrect or Missing Order Information

If you notice that your shipping address or other order information is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to assist, although changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Tracking availability and shipment updates depend on the carrier and the tracking information associated with your order. Shopify's order status page can display tracking information when tracking details have been added to a fulfilled order.
