Cortez #5
A naturally prepared Castillo, made by Oliver Cortez in El Triunfo Nariño at 1750 m altitude.
Oliver is a very young coffee farmer, he is only in his early thirties. He lives on the farm with his wife and two children. About 8 years ago, Oliver and his siblings started buying land in the municipality of Tello in the north of the Huila region. They immediately started growing coffee. Oliver comes from a family that owns a transport company that delivers agricultural products throughout the region. So the family is well known and knew many coffee farmers before they started growing coffee themselves. In 2021, Oliver came into contact with the people of El Faro, a trading company operating in northern Huila, and they helped him to improve his farm operations and experiment with new processes such as B. with the production of Naturals. Nowadays, Oliver Naturals produces with an amazing quality!
